I just moved into this apartment, and I am absolutely loving it! It is very cute and cozy, with a nice, spacious living room. Everything works properly, and the landlord just bought a new heater--it is quite cold in Tel Aviv right now! The landlord has been very attentive to all of my needs as a tenant and has responded to all my requests quickly and efficiently. He is incredibly nice. The apartment is also right across from the beach, which is amazing! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Tel Aviv.
