The Residence has furnished studios and one-bedrooms apartments. For the well being of our residents, a wifi connection is available in each apartment, as well as a lounge to work in. The Residence is also practical thanks to its private parking facility and its laundry room on the ground floor.

The Residence is in the Part-Dieu neighborhood, near the shopping center and the train station. The proximity of subway lines B and D, which can can be reached quickly on foot or with bus C25 and C6 (stops in front of the Residence), provides easy access to the Université Lyon 3.
