This January you can reserve a room with us for £1 and get a no commitment cancellation until 31st March 2021. Saving you the £150 advanced rent payment we'd usually charge when reserving a room with us. This also means should your plans change, you can cancel hassle free until 31st March 2021.

This booking can also be used with our group booking offer that we have in place. However please note. If a group of 4 students book, however 1 cancels their booking with us using this incentive then the cash back received on check in by the other students is that of a group of 3 booking. Additionally, if a group of 3 book, but then 1 cancels then the group booking will be void and the students will receive no cash back (as we only take groups of 3 or more).
