Student Residence close to the University of Navarra

BCOME Pamplona is a new student residence on the campus of the Public University of
Navarra (UPNA) and close to the University of Navarra. A unique space just a stone's throw
from your University.

Besides, it is perfectly connected to the city center: 20 minutes away from emblematic places
such as the Plaza del Castillo, the Cathedral, and the famous streets of the running of the bulls.
At BCOME we are much more than a residence hall. We are a space designed so that you can
live, learn and develop your talent within a community of awakened minds with whom you can
share all those new experiences that will allow you to find your best version of yourself.

ROOM TYPE

BCOME Pamplona offers rooms and studios with kitchen. All of them are individual, with private
bathroom, fully equipped.

A comfortable and modern space, with everything you need to study and have fun..
SINGLE ROOMS: Fully equipped, with private bathroom, hot/cold air conditioning and high
speed wifi connection.

SINGLE STUDIOS: With integrated kitchen, fully equipped, with private bathroom, hot/cold air
conditioning and high speed wifi connection.

If the student is interested in booking the following must be done:

Pre-lease / reservation / booking payment: 200€ (this amount will be liquidated against the first monthly payment; in the event of not being admitted, please check the conditions applied to the reservation).

Enrollment fee: 150€ as enrollment fee will be charged with the first month rent

BCOMEHUB: 100 € (One off with the first month rent. Sociocultural activities program).

Security deposit: 1.000 € for 10 month stays, and 700€ for stays between 1 and 10 months.
